The Little Athletics Western Ranges Zone Championships will be held on 2nd & 3rd December 2023 at Kurrajong Bilpin. They will be hosted by Kurrajong Bilpin Little Athletics Centre.

The Zone Championships is the start of the LANSW Championship events for the season. Athletes from the U/7 to U/12 age group are eligible to enter a maximum of four events over the competition, while athletes from the U/13 to U/17 age groups can compete in a maximum of six events. Athletes compete against members from the other centres within the zone. The first four competitors in the U/8s and up from each event will automatically qualify for the Regional Championships. An opportunity will also be available for an additional four ‘next best’ athletes from across the zones within the Region to qualify to compete. The first three athletes in the U/7 age group will receive a medal in each event. The carnival is a timed program, start times are supplied for all events. Athletes are expected to report to the call room 20 minutes prior to their event.

The final timed carnival program will be available from late November. Participants must pre-register for these Zone Championships. Entry will open and close on dates to be advised. Late entries cannot be accepted. Registration is not available on the days of competition.
